Eligibility Criteria For New-Zealand Tourist Visa Consultancy

- Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to New Zealand. Visa Consultancy Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
Documents required for New-Zealand Tourist Visa Consultancy
- Original Valid passport with at least six month validity from the date of travel
- 1 Application Form
- 2 Application Photos
- Covering letter (Addressed to The New Zealand High Commission).
- Proof of Hotel confirmation.
- Complete Family details
- Bank Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly
- Income Tax documents last 3 years
- In case of Sponsor inviting pax, Identity proof, relationship proof (in case of relative), Invitation and Financial docs of sponsor along with sponsorship form.
- Tourist Visa Consultancy Checklist - to be filled in and signed by the applicant. (Please download this checklist from the forms section of our website).
- Proof of Occupation :For First Time Traveller (Following documents apart from the above mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application)

- Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
- Brief Company Profile
- Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director)
- Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
- Import / Export License (if applicable)
- If Employed
- Copy of Academic certificates
- Copy of Appointment Letter which should contain the date of Joining, Designation and the Salary drawn.
- Previous working history
- Student
- Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip
If you are under 18, you must also submit - If you are travelling alone - A consent letter signed by both parents in support of the visit.
- For Individuals travelling alone
A Consent letter in support of visit from spouse. - Hotel booking: Hotel Confirmation, Tour itinerary and Tour Confirmation
- Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
- Authority Letter : An Authority Letter from applicant to submit & collect the passport on your behalf and mentioning that agent has no interference in making the documents arranged & we are not interpreting any of the Immigration requirements. Also, that all the documents have been arranged by you considering the TT services website/ New Zealand immigration website. The letter should be addressed to the Embassy.
- Note: All documents are required to be notarized or certified photocopies. These documents include Bank statement, birth or marriage certificates, education certificates etc.
- Checklist: New Zealand Tourist Checklist to be duly filled and signed by the applicant and has to be attached with the application form.
