Eligibility Criteria For South-Korea Tourist Visa Consultancy
- Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for South Korea Visa Consultancy.
- Person wishes to travel to South Korea for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply Visa Consultancy through Team Visa Consultancy Now. Person who seeks employment in South Korea is not eligible to apply through Team Visa Consultancy Now.
- Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to South Korea. Visa Consultancy Lounge also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.
Documents required for South-Korea Tourist Visa Consultancy
- Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum three
blank pages for Visa Consultancy stamp.
- Please Note:
- Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page)
- Attach all your old passports (if any)
- South Korea Visa Consultancy Application Form : One Visa Consultancy application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
- Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi
matt finish,80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

- Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous Visa Consultancys.
- Covering-letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration and seal of the company, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea, Mumbai
- Company in corporation registration certificate copy
- Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation, Tour Confirmation and Tour Itinerary Copy.
- Financials documents:
- Copies of Income Tax Return for the last 2 years (In absence of ITR please provide explanatory letter).
- Bank Statement for last 6 months with original bank seal and sign.
- Salary Slips for last 6 months duly attested as true copy by the company with seal & signature.
- Ticket : Air ticket copy
- Occupation Detail :
- Employment Certificate or Leave letter (If Applicants is Employed).
- Business registration of company / Gumasta licence or GST certificate etc should be provide if applicant is Self Employed.
- Sponsership Letter.
- Relationship Proof.
