- Photographs: 03 recently clicked color photos in 35mm X 45 mm, 70% to 80% face cover with both the ears visible and with White background and Matt finishing.
- Covering Letter: Covering letter from applicant mentioning Applicant’s name, Passport
details, Residence address, Date of travel, Duration of stay and details of expenses to
be borne during their visit.
- If applying Visa Consultancys at Mumbai Consulate, the Covering letter should be addressed to: The Visa Consultancy Officer, The Consulate General of Thailand, Mumbai.

- If applying Visa Consultancy at Chennai Consulate, the Covering letter should be addressed to: The Visa Consultancy Officer, The Consulate General of Thailand, Chennai.
